(Ibaraki) In the framework of the technical intern trainee’s program for recruiting the Vietnamese agricultural trainees of JA Central Cooperatives of Ibaraki province, 43 trainees who were dispatched to Ibaraki, are all presented at the Koibuchi Technical School for Agronomic Nutrition in Mito city on March 8th, to learn how to use agricultural machines and plant protecting medicine.

From February, March 2016 to now, the Vietnamese trainees have to learn more about Japanese traditional custom, practice and habits of living at the Japanese Language School in Mito City. Professor Kazushige Konuma who is responsible for training of this internship, explained about the safe using of plough and cultivators.
Professor Onuma gave advices: "When you drive the tractor in the places where are sloping or stepped, it is really difficult to keep the balance, the cultivators may be fallen down, so I want you to pay attention to ensure that nobody being around the operating machines. " The professor also explained about appropriate using of pesticides.
A trainee, Nguyen Thanh Cong (30 years old) from Nam Dinh province has expressed "I want to learn more about the agricultural techniques and promote Japanese's experiences in the vegetables cultivation when I return home."

These 43 Vietnamese trainee were all dispatched to intern in the agricultural sector in Ibaraki by SONA company in February and March, 2016. Prior departure to Japan, all trainees must participate in Japanese language classes and were strictly chosen at the SONA’s Vocational Training Center. Mr Masaaki Yamazaki, President of Japan’s House Councilor visited SONA’s Vocational Training Center and highly appreciated the model and the quality of training of SONA’s Training Center . Up to now, the SONA company has been dispatched hundreds trainees to intern in the field of agriculture in Ibaraki province.
